Noch ein Produkt meines backverrückten Wochenende: Greenies!!!
Das Rezept habe ich auf dieser Website gefunden und, was soll ich sagen, die Dinger sind ungeschlagen das leckerste, was ich je an Süßigkeiten gegessen habe! Ich habe sie nur so lange im Ofen gelassen, dass der Teig noch schön feucht und Saftig war...wie ich es am liebsten mag.
Außerdem habe ich noch Muffins mit grünem Tee gemacht, die zwar auch nicht schlecht waren, wo ich aber noch am Rezept arbeiten muß...

I found the recipe on this website and what can I say, they are hands-down the most delicious thing I have ever eaten! I only baked them to the point that the dough was still wet and soft, the way I like it best.
I also made green tea muffins that were not bad either but the recipe still has to be tweaked a bit before it's ready....
Wie kannst Du nur so grausam sein? Ich sabber hier schon die letzten Posts auf meinen Schreibtisch und frage mich verzweifelt, wo ich a) dieses Zeug her bekomme und b) es in meinen verteufelten Ernährungsplan unterbringe *lach*
